Nonetheless 04:12
What you asked for wasn't easy But you asked it nonetheless To be perfect as the Father in holiness But what you asked for it was simple Though simple sure does play with my mind You make a grown man come and bow before you as a child And should I come in last if I'm running this race to win If a servant is least of all then I'll be the last one in For I know the gate of life is not very wide So I'll keep my feet on this road and meet you at the other side And with how many have I been unfaithful when with one impure thought I walked by So I'm going to the doctor to see if he can gouge out my eye And how many have I murdered when with one hateful glance I glared For without grace I know this guilt would be too much to bare So I will go the extra mile and when I'm done you can wash my feet Unashamed it's your name I'll proclaim And even your body I'll eat For if I am to have part with you I must daily take up my cross For your sake I will lose my life and not count is a loss What you asked for wasn't easy But you asked it nonetheless To be perfect as the Father in holiness But what you asked for it was simple Though simple sure does play with my mind You make a grown man come and bow before you as a child

about

On June 3, 2006 (6-3-06) Chris & Elisa got married.
As their wedding favor they gave their guests a self-recorded CD.
This is that CD, now entitled "Wedding ep."
Their wedding colors were green & blue.
This recording is notable in that it is the first time Elisa was recorded solo. It also features an instrumental version of "A Look, a Glance, a Word Said in Passing" from Chris' previous album "1 + 1 = 1: The Courtship of Green and Blue" and an alternate version of "Nonetheless" from Chris' first album "Through the Backdoor."

Chris would like to thank his mother for suggesting the recording and he would like to wish his wife a wonderful 7th wedding anniversary. I hope the world enjoys hearing you sing!

And yes, in the above picture, Elisa & Chris were 12 years old
